I have during several years cooperated with ICS as a professional conference organizer for the European Cystic Fibrosis congresses, especially the 2006 congress, which was held in Copenhagen at the Bella Centre, and which was a great success. I am now cooperation, also with ICS, concerning the upcoming Eurobiofilms 2011 in Copenhagen, and I have great confidence that this will also be a success. "We could not have organized the 30th Annual Meeting of the International Urogynecological Association in Copenhagen, August 2005 without the assistance of International Conference Service, ICS A/S. In the planning and preparations for the meeting, ICS A/S constantly amazed us with their professionalism and proper timing. The staff of ICS A/S always tried their utmost to do what was necessary to realize our sometimes unrealistic visions for the congress, with a constant eye to responsible budgeting. ICS A/S was an invaluable partner and guide in our efforts to secure sponsorship for the Congress, and they did a flawless job putting together the commercial exhibition at the meeting.
When the attendance at our meeting unexpectedly doubled a few weeks before the opening date, ICS A/S worked round the clock to secure hotel rooms for all participants, to make last-minute logistical and venue changes and last but not least: to meet all participants with a smile!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to ICS for a fantastic program organized in connection with our strategy and team building seminar at Hotel Skansen Båstad. From the planning stage to the implementation of the strategy and team building seminar I had a good contact with ICS and Per Ankær who, in an excellent way, ensured that we could plan a program, and that all details and changes fell into place. Since I have been very busy with my work, it was a big relief to be able to safely leave the practical arrangement and details to Per Ankær, including obtaining bids from hotels and transportation, team-building agency, etc. It should be added that the food at the hotel was excellent. I can highly recommend letting ICS organize similar events - both for public and private events. It has been a great pleasure working Per Ankær in organizing and implementing the seminar in Båstad.
